A Slice of Resilience — Our Origin Story

Sandtown Pizza was born in 2021, in the middle of lockdowns and uncertainty. What started as a two‑person curbside pop‑up—just a deck oven, a folding table, and a lot of hustle—soon found its rhythm: neighbors kept coming back for the char‑kissed crust and bold toppings they couldn't get anywhere else in St. George. By the following summer, we'd outgrown the sidewalk and moved into our Bluff Street home, complete with a 750 °F stone deck oven and room for friends to linger over craft sodas and local brews.
